When installing a new set of steering rack bushings or a new steering rack, it is a really good idea to replace the one-time-use lock nuts that hold the rack to the crossmember. We have gone one step further here and are offering a complete nut, bolt and washer kit that will replace all of the steering rack mounting hardware. The kit includes one bolt, one OE-type self-locking nut, one wave washer and one flat washer. Four kits are required per vehicle for complete replacement. Works with either power or non-power steering racks.

* Note - Steering rack nuts/bolts must always be torqued to 18 ft lb.
