When installing upper control arm bushings, it is imperative that the correct eccentric washers are used, especially on a Syncro. These new washers come in the same three thicknesses that the factory offered.

A maximum play of 0.5mm is allowable on each side between the bushing’s inner sleeve and the eccentric washer the bolt is loose. Play is adjusted via the thickness of the eccentric washers.

The following eccentric washers are available to adjust to the proper clearance:

5mm

5.5mm
